Hamstar Dance Extension
Partnering with Hi-Hat, choreographer for stars like Rihanna, Shakira, Mary J. Blige, Jay-Z and more, we created an official Hamstar dance by combining the moves the Hamster’s have made famous over the years. Visitors to the campaign site could get a tutorial from Hi-Hat herself then upload videos of themselves doing the dance.

The campaign site immersed people further into the world of the hamster with the chance to watch the commercial again, learn the dance or explore the finer features of the Kia Soul. And for the first ten days after launching the commercial on the VMAs, we had exclusive rights to Maroon 5's new song "Animals". So the only place you could hear the song was on our commercial or by coming to our site to download the track for free.
